Warranty Terms
These Warranty Terms describe the general website-level warranty framework associated with VEXA paint protection and related registration submissions. Final warranty coverage may depend on product, installation method, authorized installer status, and review of the submitted registration information.
1. Scope
These terms apply to website-submitted warranty registration information for VEXA products promoted or supported through this website. These terms are intended to support general customer communication and registration workflow, and may be supplemented by product-specific, dealer-specific, distributor-specific, or installer-specific documentation where applicable.
2. Registration
Warranty registration should be submitted after installation by an approved VEXA dealer or another method designated by VEXA. The dealer must provide accurate customer, vehicle, product, installation-date, and invoice or order information. The portal may automatically issue an electronic registration certificate after a complete submission.
3. Eligibility
Coverage may depend on several factors, including but not limited to product authenticity, proper installation, accurate registration details, a valid purchase record, reasonable use, normal maintenance, and compliance with any applicable installer or product instructions. VEXA reserves the right to request additional information and to correct or revoke a registration that is false, duplicated, unverifiable, or otherwise ineligible.
4. What Warranty Coverage May Address
Where applicable and approved, warranty review may involve manufacturing-related performance concerns such as qualifying product defects in material or workmanship. The precise scope of coverage may vary by product line, market, distributor arrangement, or installation type.
5. What Is Typically Not Covered
- damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper care;
- installation performed contrary to recommended methods or outside approved conditions;
- damage caused by external impacts, chemicals, vandalism, environmental fallout, or other non-manufacturing causes;
- normal wear, cosmetic aging, or appearance changes resulting from use conditions outside intended product application;
- labor, transport, downtime, incidental costs, or other indirect losses unless expressly agreed in writing.
6. Claim Review
To evaluate a claim, VEXA may request photographs, invoice details, installer information, batch or product details, inspection access, and any other information reasonably necessary for review. VEXA may determine whether replacement, credit, repair support, or another resolution is appropriate, if any.
7. Electronic Certificates and Verification
An automatically generated certificate confirms that the submitted installation was recorded in the VEXA warranty portal; it does not independently prove product authenticity or guarantee approval of a future claim. Each certificate includes a unique warranty number and online verification record. The live verification status controls if a certificate has later been revoked or reissued.
8. Changes to Warranty Terms
VEXA may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the website may be revised to reflect operational changes, product updates, or legal and commercial requirements.
9. Contact
Questions about registration, eligibility, or a potential warranty-related issue may be submitted through the VEXA contact page or through the relevant installer or distributor support channel.
